7. AI-Generated Content and Third-Party Data
Vintavia uses artificial intelligence to generate itineraries and recommendations, and relies on data, content, and information obtained from third-party sources and providers (such as maps, places, opening hours, ticket prices, travel times, transport options, and other travel-related information). You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-generated content and third-party data are provided for general informational purposes only and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unavailable.
- A substantial portion of the information shown in the Service (including but not limited to places, addresses, opening times, closures, ticket prices, availability, routes, durations, and travel options) originates from third parties. We do not create, control, or independently verify this information and we do not own or operate the third-party systems that supply it.
- Errors, omissions, delays, or discrepancies may arise at any stage, including on the third party's own servers and systems, during the retrieval or fetching of data, during processing, or when information is displayed to you within the Service.
- We do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness, currency, or availability of any data or content, whether AI-generated or sourced from third parties.
- Information may change at any time without notice. You are solely responsible for independently verifying all key details, including prices, timings, availability, opening hours, bookings, visa and entry requirements, and safety information, directly with the relevant venues, operators, official sources, or service providers before relying on them or making any booking, payment, or travel decision.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, cost, or inconvenience arising from your reliance on AI-generated content or third-party data, or from any error, omission, interruption, or inaccuracy in such content or data.
8. Third-Party Services and Links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of such third-party services. Your interactions with third-party services are solely between you and the third party.
We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for any third-party services, products, or content. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by your use of any third-party services.
Our application provides links to other websites and applications that are beyond our control. These Terms exclude services and links offered by other companies, individuals and/or agencies, when browsed and/or accessed. Vintavia shall in no way be liable or responsible for your use of such sites and applications.
9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
9.1 Service Availability
We strive to provide a reliable Service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or free from errors, interruptions, or defects. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
9.2 No Warranty
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9.3 Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vintavia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
Our aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, for the specific itinerary planned using the application.
Nothing in these Terms affects liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vintavia and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your User Content
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be replaced with a valid provision that comes closest to the intent of the original provision.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vintavia regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
